"Perfectly Clear" - The Second Time Around

Last year Upstate new York's newest public affairs series debuted - "Perfectly Clear," seen each Sunday at 11 a.m. on WROC-TV, Channel 8, Rochester's CBS affiliate. Guests included former President George Bush, New York Governor George Pataki, and then-Secretary of Housing and Urban Transportation Andrew Cuomo. The series became a critical and commercial hit - Rochester's highest-rated local public affairs show.

"Perfectly Clear" returns for its second season Sunday, October 21. Norman Mineta, U.S. Secretary of Transportation, will be interviewed by the show's host, author, WROC-TV political analyst, and former Presidential speechwriter Curt Smith. Smith and the show's panelists will then discuss Mineta, domestic terrorism, and America in the wake of the September 11 attack.

In future weeks, "Perfectly Clear" will present a "Who's Who" of celebrity guests - Bill Bradley, Jeanne Kirkpatrick, John Zogby, Richard Ben Cramer, and Lawrence Kudlow. Join us for Upstate New York's leading public affairs show, sponsored by the University of Rochester and Messenger-Post Newspapers.
