"Perfectly Clear" - The Second Time Around Last year Upstate new York's newest public affairs series debuted - "Perfectly Clear," seen each Sunday at 11 a.m. on WROC-TV, Channel 8, Rochester's CBS affiliate. Guests included former President George Bush, New York Governor George Pataki, and then-Secretary of Housing and Urban Transportation Andrew Cuomo. In future weeks, "Perfectly Clear" will present a "Who's Who" of celebrity guests - Bill Bradley, Jeanne Kirkpatrick, John Zogby, Richard Ben Cramer, and Lawrence Kudlow.
